I don’t take a percentage of the new hires agreed salary and I don’t change the cost dependant on the salary you choose to pay your employees. Giving you the peace of mind in knowing your recruitment costs for future planning and knowing all roles within your company are as important to me as they are to you.

Induction & Onboarding Support

Packages tailored to fit your requirements.
The induction and onboarding process goes beyond the tick list of first day starter forms, onboarding actually starts from the application and hiring process, how the candidate is made to feel and welcomed to the new role, after all they have to want to work with you too. As standard I represent you and your company brand throughout the recruitment process I can also offer additional support, I can review and offer suggestions to develop your current induction and the new employee onboarding journey.
  • Induction and Onboarding Plan

    Developed to fit your company and culture specifically, including a review of your current process, to ensure you only take on extras that will benefit your Current Procedures

  • Ongoing Support

    Over the first 6 months of your new hires introduction, supporting you and them through the settling in and probation period. Included within this service is a plan written for your company and support at all milestones within the first 6months for both you and the candidate. Providing them a point of contact that they can talk to throughout the period too.

Training & Development

Once your new hire is settled in and progressing I can offer you continued support and assistance in arranging and supporting further training and development.

With contacts within both the public and private training sectors I will find and arrange training that is specific to your company and employees, taking into account how and when it works for you and them to learn.

From apprenticeships, finding the right course and supporting you through the government funding process from entry level to graduate courses or finding industry specific courses that are not only cost effective but accredited and add the value you are looking for to your company and team.
