My Work Journey:
I started my career in hospitality, working as a waitress and bartender, before moving into real estate with Connells Estate Agent. I had a brief stint at a company I can’t recall, but they were lovely people. My journey continued at Tri-Star Windows and Charter Commercial until redundancy led me to 5G Recruitment and eventually to founding my own consultancy.
I’m always learning and currently studying for a CIPD qualification to enhance my expertise, especially in Equality and Diversity. I also serve as an Enterprise Advisor for local schools, improving career advice, and as a Charity Trustee for Relate Severn & Wye, where I share my skills to make a positive impact.
